“It's an excellent tool. Sound and microphone have always worked fine. The only issue I've had is when using the keyboard to press a number during an automated call (on a laptop). “For now it is great. Not much issues. Someimtes the call is dropped without even starting. Not sure it is from the number or what. It has happened 2-3 times, so I guess it is because of the number. The main issue I faced is the call drops when you have to select menus from dialpad. Let's say the call asks to select a menu for language, you select a number, then another menu option, then another, then another. I think after 3rd or 4th the call was dropping automatically. It happened only once though. In general, I am very happy with DialHard. For an upgrade, it would be great if user can copy/paste number to the dial. ”

I started off on a bit of a rough patch with the calls not connecting and the credits/mins system was a bit confusing, but it was resolved fairly quick and the support I received from Dialhard was promptly and excellent! Something I have noticed during my calls is that there would be dropped audio sometimes (not too significant that it would impact the overall quality of the calls), and there was definitely some weird delays with the calls but that is the only main issue I have noticed:)”

“So I just tried this. Signing up was easy. I got my $5.00 in credit and made a call from Montenegro to Canada that lasted at least 8 minutes because it was a tech call with the usual holds, and endless options to press this and that. I used my laptop and the sound was good, connection was good and I still have $4.70 left in credits. I'm sold so far.”
